'Transformers 4' Blu-ray Gift Set with Collectable Statue Now Available for Pre-Order. The 'Transformers 4' Blu-ray limited edition gift set comes with a collectable statue of Optimus Prime riding Grimlock, though no release date or special features have been announced.

As is becoming customary with big blockbuster releases, Transformers: Age of Extinction is already available for Blu-ray and DVD pre-order on Amazon as the movie opens in theaters this weekend. No special features have been revealed, and a release date has not yet been announced. But the Blu-ray will be available in both a standard issue release and a limited edition gift set, which comes with a collectable Grimlock and Optimus Prime statue, available only at Amazon. Transformers: Age of Extinction is the fourth film in director Michael Bay's global blockbuster franchise. With help from a new cast of humans, Optimus Prime and the Autobots must rise to meet their most fearsome challenge yet.

Only at Amazon - Transformers: Age of Extinction Blu-Ray Combo Pack gift set includes a highly detailed collectible figure of Optimus Prime riding Grimlock. The Optimus and Grimlock figures have been crafted utilizing the very same digital models that brought the characters to life in the film. Every sculptural detail of Optimus and Grimlock has been perfectly captured and enhanced with hand-painting, from Optimus' flame-detailed chest and forearms to Grimlock's fiery, glowing eyes. Together, Optimus and Grimlock stand over 7.25 inches tall (display base height included), and Grimlock stretches approx. 9 inches from his toothy maw to tail tip. The Transformers: Age of Extinction Optimus and Grimlock figure is a must-have for any Transformers fan, and is available only at Amazon.

Veo que no se ha comentado que será el primer Blu-ray en incluir sonido Dolby Atmos. En Europa también está previsto que se incluya Atmos pero solo para la pista en inglés.

Fecha y carátulas de Transformers: La Era de la Extinción 3D y 2D

Según ha desvelado la tienda Amazon España, el 12 de diciembre de 2014 ha sido la fecha elegida por Paramount para poner a la venta en nuestro país las distintas ediciones en alta definición de Transformers: La Era de la Extinción.

Todas ellas incluirán un segundo disco con contenidos extra y podremos elegir entre el Blu-ray de Transformers: La Era de la Extinción, el Combo 3D y la Edición Limitada Bumblebee con máscara incluida. Con este título se estrenará en España el formato de sonido Dolby Atmos, que estará presente en la pista en versión original.

La trilogía original y el reinicio reunidos en un pack
También el 12 de diciembre estará disponible el pack Transformers 1-4 Colección Completa con la nueva película protagonizada por Mark Wahlberg junto a la trilogía iniciada por Michael Bay en 2007.

Steelbook exclusivo de Transformers: La Era de la Extinción en Blu-ray

Según ha comunicado Paramount a mubis.es, el 12 de diciembre de 2014 pondrá a la venta en España un Steelbook de Transformers: La Era de la Extinción que se será exclusivo de Game, el primero de la tienda especializada en videojuegos.

Su precio de venta recomendado será de 24,95 € y según la distribuidora su diseño es el mostrado a continuación con fondo blanco. Sin embargo según la tienda será el de fondo negro con las llamas que podéis ver más abajo. ¿Con cuál te quedas tú?
