[US/ES] Casino Royale Deluxe Edition

Es de suponer que se refiere al montaje íntegro, sin censura.

La última vez que miré en foros americanos -hace bien poco- se preguntaban lo mismo y nadie lo confirmaba pero tampoco desmentía, así que habrá que esperar un poco más.
 
Para quien tenga dudas sobre los cortes efectuados en la versión USA (tanto en cines como en ediciones domésticas).

Faltan 22s repartidos de la siguiente forma:

Bluray A America- Sony Pictures Home Entertainment - Pre-cut (MPAA) "PG-13 Theatrical" release (144:12 min). Cut-list as follows (all info by Michael Mackenzie/Whiggles):[/b]

  • After an overhead shot of Bond and the contact smashing down a wall, the first and last few frames of a shot of Bond elbowing the contact in the chest are removed.[/*:m:3sx9zewo]
  • Directly after, a shot Bond smashing the door into the contact's face is completely removed.[/*:m:3sx9zewo]
  • After Bond gets to his feet, he kicks the contact in the face. This is missing from the US version.[/*:m:3sx9zewo]
  • Directly after, we see Bond grabbing the contact, who in turn grabs a garbage can, which he hurls at Bond. In the US version, we only get the last few frames of this.[/*:m:3sx9zewo]
  • When Bond hauls the contact to his feet and manouevres him towards another sink, the start of a low angle shot showing the contact's face as he struggles is cut.[/*:m:3sx9zewo]
  • The drowning of the contact is dramatically shortened. First, a close-up of the contact as he is held under is replaced with a shot of the contact's legs kicking.[/*:m:3sx9zewo]
  • Directly after, a close-up of Bond's intense face is removed.[/*:m:3sx9zewo]
  • Following this, we cut back to the contact as his struggles weaken. This is missing in the US version.[/*:m:3sx9zewo]
  • The high shot showing Obanno's bodyguard hitting the ground below after being thrown over the banister is removed. This shot is placed between Bond and Obanno fighting.[/*:m:3sx9zewo]
  • A close-up of Obanno as Bond smashes his head into a window, shattering it, is missing from US version.[/*:m:3sx9zewo]
  • Directly after, a wider shot of Obanno recovering and attacking again is cut due to the previous trim.[/*:m:3sx9zewo]
  • The first few frames of Obanno being thrown into a wall are missing in the US version.[/*:m:3sx9zewo]
  • Obanno grabbing Vesper's leg as she tries to run away is completely removed.[/*:m:3sx9zewo]
  • The following shot of Vesper falling but stopping herself in time is cut due to the previous shot's removal.[/*:m:3sx9zewo]
  • After we see Vesper try to open the emergency exit, a wide shot of Bond shoving Obanno back is missing from the US version.[/*:m:3sx9zewo]
  • Directly following, a wide shot of BG2 falling back is also missing.[/*:m:3sx9zewo]
  • Afterwards, Obanno reacting as Bond kicks him is too cut.[/*:m:3sx9zewo]
  • Obanno rams Bond against the wall, but not in the US version.[/*:m:3sx9zewo]
  • When Bond and Obanno struggle on the floor, Bond chokes BG2. The second angle of Obanno's feet kicking is removed.[/*:m:3sx9zewo]
  • After we see Obanno's face, we see him reaching for the gun on the ground. Missing from the US version.[/*:m:3sx9zewo]
  • A wider shot of them struggling is cut directly after.[/*:m:3sx9zewo]
  • The next shot, Obanno reaching for the gun again, is cut. In the US version, we only see Obanno reaching for the gun just before Vesper intervenes.[/*:m:3sx9zewo]
  • A shot of frightened Vesper breaks a shot of Obanno's legs starting to stop kicking. In the uncut version, the legs starting to slow is in one continuous shot, followed by the frightened Vesper shot.[/*:m:3sx9zewo]

No sé hasta que punto es fiable porque posteriormente en el mismo hilo vuelven a preguntarse lo mismo.

En cualquier caso, no tardaremos mucho en saberlo porque ya hay gente que la tiene.
 
¿Sabemos si hay edición europea, mundial o si compartimos disco con algún vecino? Me interesa sobre todo UK.
 
yo no entiendo muy bien esto... Los que tenemos la edición española, tenemos el montaje completo o no???

Si es que sí, entiendo que la nueva edición sólo aporta más extras, no?

Te resumo lo que se ha dicho en este post:

-Edición USA: recortada sobre todo en las escenas de pelea en los lavabos del principio y en las escaleras del hotel.
-Edición UK: recortada en la escena de tortura con la soga anudada.
-Edición española (y de casi todos los demás países): Íntegra pero sin audio original PCM.
-Ediciones escandinavo-australiana y japonesa: Íntegra con audio original PCM.

La nueva edición aporta más extras e incluye audio sin pérdidas tanto en la V.O. como en la V.D.

Me sorprende que Peter M. Brake a estas alturas califique el video sin tener en cuenta la fotografía original del film.

Casino Royale no se ve como Hulk 2 porque así lo quisieron sus creadores. El blu-ray se limita a reproducir gloriosamente lo existente.

Es que los análisis de highdef y en USA en general (salvo contadas excepciones) son una verdadera porquería. :pensativo

Eso pensaba yo, pero sus análisis han decaído mucho. Ahora mismo el único realmente bueno allí es Kenneth Brown.
 
Recibida y probada la edición británica. Al menos el disco de extras es el mismo que saldrá aqui, subtitulado en múltiples idiomas, incluido el castellano. Es la versión censurada, y audio sólo en english, con subs en english e hindi.

Edito para añadir que en el disco 1 sí hay algo en castellano:

hola, me he pillado la edición española en la Fnac este finde.

Está por 19,95 EUR, y si no me equivoco, no hay sorpresas negativas y la edición de la peli en el primer disco sigue siendo sin censurar. Al menos he comprobado la escena de la pelea del inicio y sale el codazo, el portazo... etc.

Ya os lo confirmaré este finde cuando la vea.

No la tenía y por 19,95 me parecía un buen precio para allanar el camino a Quantum of Solace...
 
Gran precio, si señor. Posiblemente vuelva a caer (triple dip para mi, y sólo en BD :doh ) si me paso por una FNAC.
 
Hola, ¿Alguien puede confirmar si merecen la pena otros 19,95€ por ésta edición con el truehd teniendo ya la 1ª con el pcm? Me está picando el gusanillo :alien2 SONY
